Toast with Tomato (Pan con Tomate)

1 crusty bread stick
4 garlic cloves, halved
3 tomatoes, halved
extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Pan con tomate also known as pan a la Catalana. Delicious, fresh for a truly luscious experience.

Directions

Slice the bread stick diagonally and toast the slices very lightly. Rub them on one side with a cut garlic clove, then with half a tomatoe, sheered the tomatoe on top of the bread. Season with a little salt and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
